Reviewers Guidelines

The Academic Matrix International Journal follows a fair, confidential, and transparent peer-review process. Reviewers play an important role in maintaining the academic quality, originality, accuracy, and relevance of the research published in the journal. Reviewers are expected to provide constructive, unbiased, and timely evaluations of submitted manuscripts.

1. Confidentiality

All manuscripts received for review must be treated as confidential documents. Reviewers must not share, discuss, copy, or use any part of the manuscript for personal or professional benefit without prior permission from the editorial office.

2. Objective Evaluation

Reviews should be conducted objectively and respectfully. Personal criticism of authors is not acceptable. Reviewers should provide clear comments supported by academic reasoning and should suggest practical improvements wherever necessary.

3. Originality and Ethical Concerns

Reviewers should identify possible plagiarism, duplicate publication, fabricated data, improper citations, ethical violations, or significant similarities with previously published work and immediately inform the editor.

4. Conflict of Interest

Reviewers must disclose any financial, institutional, professional, or personal conflict of interest. They should decline the review when impartial evaluation is not possible.

5. Review Recommendations

Reviewers may recommend acceptance, acceptance with minor revisions, major revisions, resubmission after improvement, or non-acceptance. The final publication decision remains with the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board.

6. Timely Submission

Reviewers should submit their reports within the specified period. If they are unable to complete the review on time, they should promptly inform the editorial office so that alternative arrangements can be made.
